Our area of operations Children, Youth and Family consists of several units: intake, children and youth 1 and 2, youth, foster care and family support. At the children and youth unit we work together to create a modern social service that meets the needs of the future – with a focus on early, preventive and quality interventions. You will work in one of our two children and youth units with investigation and follow-up of interventions according to the Social Services Act and Care of Young Persons (Special Provisions) Act for children and young people 0–20 years old and their families. We work in a structured and evidence-based manner with the help of: iRiSk – for structured risk assessment. SAVRY – for assessment of risk and protective factors in young people. EARL – for early risk identification. ERASOR - a structured assessment instrument for estimating the risk of recidivism in sexually harmful behavior in young people. BBiC and Signs of Safety – to center the child's needs and strengthen families' resources. The work involves close collaboration with internal and external partners such as preschool, school, child health center, child psychiatry and police. Your competence and experience Hold a degree in social work Have experience as a social secretary in exercising authority for children and young people Are secure, stable and have a high degree of personal maturity Have good ability to express yourself in speech and writing Meritorious: Training and experience with iRiSk, SAVRY, ERASOR and EARL Knowledge of Signs of Safety and conversations with children Stockholm City works with competence-based recruitment aimed at recognizing each person's competence and thus counteracting discrimination.
