Description
The Unit for Authority Exercise for Children and Families and LSS has the mandate to investigate and decide on various types of interventions for children and youth, foster families and unaccompanied refugee children, as well as decisions within LSS. The unit is now expanding and recruiting an additional social worker for children and youth. We warmly welcome you!
Duties
As a social worker for children and youth, you handle all tasks within authority exercise regarding the target group. You investigate and assess the needs of children, youth and their families for support and treatment interventions.
A large part of the duties involves follow-up of approved interventions and collaboration with colleagues in other units, other administrations, other authorities and principals.
Qualifications
The position requires a sociology degree. We would like you to have experience with authority exercise regarding children and youth. Training in BBIC is advantageous, as is previous work as a foster family secretary. You are secure and curious about other people, see the importance of building relationships and creating networks. Great weight is placed on personal suitability. A driver's license (Category B) is desirable.
