Within Individual and Family in Ängelholm, we work actively to help children and families in our community. We offer services both with and without needs assessments, and hope in this way to help families seek help before problems become too large.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
We are reposting this position as we were not entirely successful with our previous recruitment.
As a children and youth investigator, you have authority responsibility according to Sol and LVU. You work with investigations based on received concern reports or applications from guardians or youth. Your tasks include working with follow-up for children and young people in open services in close collaboration with the child, family, and their private network, as well as with the professional network around the child.
We strive to provide families with support at an early stage and, as far as possible, in our community. To succeed with this, we collaborate with others both within and outside the municipality. We work according to BBiC and Signs of Safety with the child and their network in focus. We offer all our social workers training in Signs of Safety.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for you who:
• have a degree in social work
• are well versed in the Social Services Act
• are engaged and have several years of experience from authority work regarding the social services' various areas of activity and specifically regarding children and youth
• have the ability to work independently and flexibly with good ability to collaborate
• have the ability to think innovatively in development work. You have a reflective and analytical approach as well as a holistic perspective
• have the ability to create participation for the child/young person and their family
• can express yourself well in speech and writing.
It is meritorious if you:
• have experience documenting in Life Care.
• have experience working according to BBIC.
• have experience working with Signs of Safety.
Great weight is placed on personal suitability
Class B driver's license required
Employment form: Permanent employment.
