JOB RESPONSIBILITIES As a Social Worker for the Elderly, you work with investigating and making decisions according to the Social Services Act. We actively work to enable our elderly to remain living at home. A prerequisite for this is close collaboration with our colleagues in various parts of operations and HS, a collaboration that we both appreciate and depend on. Our mission is to meet the individual's need for services with the aim of contributing to increased independence based on the individual's conditions. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you who have a degree from a social work program or other education that is deemed equivalent. You have experience in public administration and good knowledge of applicable legislation and the social services mandate. As a person, you are thorough and independent and have an easy time handling changes in conditions and planning in your work. Since the work involves many contacts, both internally and externally, you should have good collaboration skills, be outgoing and positive. You should have a good ability to express yourself in speech and writing. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability. We are looking for you who have a driver's license.
