Your Assignment
The intake, assessment, and follow-up unit consists of 34 social workers, five senior social workers, five team leaders, and two unit managers. Unit Managers Kenny Johansson and Johanna Lundqvist lead the work together with the team leaders with a strong focus on work environment, development, and quality – with the conviction that good conditions for employees provide the best possible support to the children and young people we serve.
With us, you will receive close support from a team leader in your daily work, and the senior social workers contribute valuable experience in complex cases. Each team leader oversees a work group of approximately 6–8 social workers.
You will work as a social worker in a unit characterized by development, systematic quality work, and a strong child perspective. Leadership and collaboration within the group are marked by trust and clarity.
In your role as a social worker, you will:
Work according to the Social Services Act and the Care of Young Persons Act
Investigate and assess cases involving children and young people according to BBIC
Collaborate with the child's network and internal and external partners
Make decisions and follow up on granted interventions
Independently manage the entire case process
Promote participation for children and young people through close collaboration with their network

We seek someone with:
A degree in social work
Multiple years of experience in official duties within child and youth services
Strong ability to document and express yourself well in speech and writing
Experience working according to BBIC
