Your assignment:
As a social worker in the group, we conduct qualified investigations, make decisions, and follow up on interventions in accordance with applicable legislation (Sol, LVU, and LVM) and delegation. We use ASI, Ungdok, and BBIC. In our work, we build good relationships and collaborate with both internal and external partners.
Support should be provided in close collaboration with the individual based on trust and respect for people's knowledge, own abilities, and willingness to take responsibility for their situation. We offer a broad range of interventions such as supported housing, addiction treatment, qualified contact persons, SIG, and contact persons. The unit continuously identifies the target group's need for support and develops new interventions as needed. Quality is monitored and reviewed. For us, competence and organizational development are in focus, and our employees are our most important resource.
Investigation and Follow-up for Adults is part of the Care Unit and consists of a group manager, three team leaders, 21 social workers, and two senior social workers. Within the young adults group, six social workers and one senior social worker work, and the group is led directly by a team leader. Group Manager Åsa Faltin leads the work team together with team leaders with a focus on psychological safety and a good work environment. The shared mission is to ensure that those we serve receive the support they need and that our methods maintain high quality. We are at a stage where we have begun major development work. Together with the group, group manager, and team leaders, we are conducting development work in new methods and approaches. Group Manager Åsa sees that the most important puzzle pieces to achieving high quality are employees' opportunities to develop in their work as well as a good work environment.
We have a family-oriented approach where we systematically coordinate ourselves around families that are or could become relevant for support services. At the care unit in Nacka, we strive to work evidence-based.

You have good collaboration skills and place great importance on providing good service, both internally and externally. We constantly work for a good work environment and therefore place great emphasis on personal suitability. You focus on the positive and doing good work for those we serve. The work is varied and requires flexibility and responsiveness to the individual's needs.
Your experience:
Bachelor's degree in Social Work.
Experience with government authority work, preferably with the young adults target group
You communicate well in speech and writing.
Good documentation skills.
Meritorious:
Knowledge of SoL, LVU, and LVM
Training and experience working with ASI, MI, Ungdok, and BBIC
