About the Role as Treatment Pedagogue
Case management (Overall responsibility for planning, documentation, risk assessment, goal achievement, assessment, treatment, reporting, and coordination for clients.)
Implementing interventions for all placed clients (implementing daily interventions)
Following routines and participating in the facility's systematic quality work by taking part in audits and updates.
Qualifications
You are collaborative and have a strong ability to motivate young people in vulnerable situations. You are calm, stable, and can maintain a realistic perspective on situations that arise in daily work. You always treat individuals with respect for their integrity and capacity to develop.
You have good teamwork skills and relate to others in a receptive manner, and you enjoy collaborating with others. You are an independent, humble, and responsible person who is passionate about care and treatment work and can identify individuals' needs.
We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
Requirements:
Educated social pedagogue or 400 credits treatment pedagogue
Or at least 180 credits in relevant education within social work, psychology, or behavioral science.
Class B driver's license
Certificate from the criminal record registry
Meritorious:
CBT-focused experience
Skills training
Work experience with the target group, specifically NPF.
MI training
Employment Terms
Role: Social Pedagogue/Treatment Pedagogue
Employment Type: Permanent position. We apply a 6-month trial period.
Full-time: 100%
Working Hours: Days/Evenings/Weekends. On-call sleeping duty.
Start Date: By agreement. Earliest November 1st
Collective Agreement: We are bound by a collective agreement with Vårdföretagarna/Kommunal, Sector E.
