We are seeking a social pedagogue for Svanstein School Diamanten. About You: We are looking for someone with a social pedagogy degree who wants to serve as a trusted and supportive person for the students at the school. Job Responsibilities: As a social pedagogue, you work closely with students. You build positive relationships and work to create the right conditions for a safe school environment. You identify students who need support and assist them in social interactions and in teaching situations throughout the school day, both in and outside the classroom. You engage in motivational conversations with students and can help with counseling and follow-up conversations with guardians as needed. You plan and implement activities for individual students and student groups based on their needs, with the aim of promoting safety and a conducive learning environment and to prevent exclusion and harassment. The work is conducted in close collaboration with other school staff. You can assist in contact with authorities and work to reach out to students who are not attending school. Scope: Employment for the school year 2026-27, with possible transition to a permanent position. Full-time position starting September 1, 2026, or by agreement.
