The Adult Group within Individual and Family Services (IFO) in Hagfors Municipality is seeking an engaged social pedagogue for outpatient assignments. With us, you will become an important part of development work where the transition to the new Social Services Act and Close Care form important cornerstones. The Adult Group is part of IFO together with the Child and Youth Group and the Employment Services Unit (AME).
We are seeking an engaged social pedagogue who wants to create security and good conditions for clients in our outpatient care. In this role, you will work in a promoting and preventive manner with psychosocial support, relationship building, and motivation work in everyday life, for persons with harmful use and addiction issues and their relatives.
In this role, you will become part of a strong and multiprofessional team consisting of a unit manager, social workers, social pedagogues, budget and debt advisors, integration officers, and case workers. Daily work takes place in close collaboration. The group has a positive team spirit where we support each other. Together we create holistic solutions and a safe everyday life for our clients.
Work Tasks
Provide individual support and guidance
Lead group activities directed at persons with harmful use and addiction.
Provide family support
Collaborate internally and externally
Document interventions in accordance with operational procedures and prepare implementation plans and evaluations.
Qualifications
Degree as social pedagogue, behavioral scientist, social worker, alcohol and drug therapist, or other equivalent education.
Class B driver's license
Knowledge of evidence-based methods and previous experience working with harmful use. It is advantageous if you have training such as ASI, CRA, CRAFT, ÅP, MI, 12-step, etc.
Important personal qualities are strong commitment to the target group and the ability to build good relationships through interaction.
