Now we are looking for a new colleague at Serigmo Care Bollerup! We are seeking an engaged and experienced social or treatment pedagogue who wants to make a difference for our target group.
Serigmo Care Bollerup is a licensed facility with 13 places for adult men and women aged 22-60 with substance abuse/addiction issues. Many of our clients also need to work on criminal thought patterns and behaviors.
We are looking for someone who is a Treatment Pedagogue, Social Pedagogue, or has other adequate training relevant to the treatment role. It is also desirable that you have experience in treatment work and one or more advanced certifications such as: ÅP, MI, CRA, KSL, or other relevant training/course. You are well-versed in a CBT-based approach, which is the method we apply. You place the client in focus and have a low-affect approach.
Main responsibilities:
· Contact person for placed clients
· Individual treatment sessions
· Conduct manual-based groups (e.g., relapse prevention, social skills training, etc.)
· Drug testing, both alcohol and narcotics
· Document according to applicable legislation and facility guidelines
· Develop implementation plans, write monthly reports and final reports
· Contact with commissioning parties
· Upon delegation from nursing staff, administer medication
Working hours are varied and scheduled with some on-call sleep shifts, however maximum 6 occasions/4-week period. The position also requires you to have a Class B driver's license.

Requirements:
Treatment Pedagogue/Social Pedagogue or education that the employer deems equivalent
Experience with the target group and/or HVB operations
Good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing
Class B driver's license (preferably for manual transmission)
Meritorious:
Training in manual-based treatment methods such as Relapse Prevention
