Grow and develop with us (Description of the operations and the context you'll be working in) Your Assignment The role of social pedagogue encompasses several different work tasks and areas of responsibility. A large part of the work will take place in the classroom. As a social pedagogue, you work purposefully to raise the school's goal fulfillment by focusing on school attendance, safety, and motivation. You'll work in a coaching capacity with student groups and individual students in collaboration with mentors, teaching teams, student support teams, and school leadership. The assignment also includes preparing cases related to special support with a focus on social mapping. As a social pedagogue, you'll be part of the student support team together with school counselors, school nurses, special educators, and support personnel. You'll also work closely with the teaching teams in your role. Together with other professionals at the school, the social pedagogue will plan, implement, and follow up on interventions for students and groups. What We're Looking For in You We're looking for you who are educated as a social pedagogue. You're a creative and development-focused person who is completely confident in yourself. You have a well-grounded positive view of people and have a very good ability to build relationships with students, guardians, and other school staff. If you have substantial experience working with children and young people from similar assignments, that's a merit. You learn quickly and what you don't know, you want to learn, because you're someone who can work independently and for the benefit of the operations. It's important to you to deliver with quality and to be someone at a workplace that others can trust and turn to. Contributing to students' success in their studies and goal fulfillment is something you take professional pride in.
