at the Family Support Center "Lejasstrazdi"
for an indefinite period
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in assessing the social abilities and skills of children and youth;
- Participate in developing and implementing individual social rehabilitation plans for children and youth;
- Help children and youth acquire, improve, and maintain social skills and competencies (self-care, ethical and behavioral standards, social roles, communication and interaction, decision-making, responsibility, ability to organize their learning process, ability to manage financial resources);
- Promote children's and youth's interest, desire, and willingness to actively participate in the learning process at school, engage in interest groups according to their interests, pursue hobbies, and participate in other activities and events offered by the Family Support Center;
- Document the social rehabilitation process for children and youth in accordance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- Short-cycle higher education in social rehabilitation or first-cycle higher education in social work with a social worker qualification, provided that during studies or professional development education, a part of the study program related to social rehabilitation has been completed in the amount of at least four credit points or 160 hours;
- Independence in task execution and ability to organize one's work;
- Sense of responsibility, accuracy, ability to work under pressure;
- Good communication and cooperation skills.
