Salary: 1175 EUR (gross) per 1 full-time equivalent
Full-time position (1 full-time equivalent) – 30 hours per week
Requirements for candidates:
Compliance with the education and professional qualifications required for pedagogues and professional development procedures as specified in the Cabinet of Ministers regulations;
Sense of responsibility and ability to make and justify decisions;
Knowledge of psychology and child rights protection issues;
Excellent communication and collaboration skills;
Ability to analyze and resolve conflict situations;
Competence in working with information and communication technologies.
Job duties:
Plan, organize, and implement socio-pedagogical work in accordance with the goals and objectives of the preschool education program, respecting students' needs, interests, abilities, and experiences;
Diagnose students' socialization difficulties;
Participate in play-based activities, coordinating students' behavior, mutual relationships, and social skills development, and other duties in accordance with the job description.
