Requirements for candidates:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Pedagogy with a Social Pedagogue qualification.
Other higher pedagogical education with an additional professional Social Pedagogue qualification acquired.
Professional knowledge and skills:
High sense of responsibility.
Knowledge of documents regulating the education field and the content of teaching and educational work.
Understanding of learners' developmental characteristics and the principles of communication psychology.
Independent decision-making.
Planning and organizing one's own work.
Continuous professional development in accordance with the latest insights and current trends in pedagogy and psychology.
Communicativeness and ability to establish professional cooperation with teachers, learners, their parents, and other specialists.
Ability to work in a team and motivate learners.
General knowledge and skills:
State language proficiency at the highest level.
Good computer skills.
Main responsibilities:
Collaborates with parents, teachers, and institutional administration.
Organizes preventive activities on safety, bullying, addiction prevention, and emotional well-being.
Identifies families' social and economic problems and their impact on learners' quality of social life.
Diagnoses learners' socialization difficulties, provides support to learners in socially complex situations (violence, addiction risks, family difficulties).
Helps learners resolve conflicts, behavioral, and communication problems.
Collaborates with social services, guardianship court, police, psychologists, and other institutions.
Collects data on learners' socialization conditions, the quality of socialization processes, and risk factors in the institution and family.
Facilitates the meeting of learners' social needs.
Plans and implements specific social-pedagogical activities to protect learners' rights.
Develops and implements individual behavioral correction programs.
Maintains confidentiality.
