Riga Children and Youth Center "Daugmale" Registration No. 40900013568 invites applications for Social Pedagogue (occupation code 235901) position for an indefinite period (1 full-time equivalent) Requirements for candidates: appropriate education and professional qualifications for social pedagogue work; compliance with the requirements for teachers' necessary education and professional qualifications as specified in Cabinet of Ministers Regulation No. 569; state language proficiency in accordance with the requirements of the State Language Law; ICT skills; ability to collaborate with children, parents, teachers, and institutions; ability to plan, organize processes, and responsibly perform work duties; responsibility, accuracy, empathy, and good communication skills; compliance with requirements for work in an educational institution and work with children. Main work duties: provide socio-pedagogical support to students; collaborate with students, parents, teachers, and Center management; participate in addressing student behavior, absences, social problems, and risk situations; engage in planning and implementing individual support measures; collaborate with municipal, social, and child protection specialists; perform necessary documentation in accordance with regulatory requirements.
