We invite applications for the following position: Social Pedagogue (2359 01) Vacancy Information: An employment contract will be concluded for an indefinite period. Key job responsibilities: Diagnose socialization difficulties in children and youth, the impact of existing social risks on their full integration into society and acquisition of social skills. Forecast the quality of socialization processes in children and youth families, as well as in other formal and informal social structures. Plan and implement specific socio-pedagogical activities in the field of child and youth rights protection and resocialization. Assess professional activities and advance qualifications. Ability to build communicative relationships with persons and groups of different social status; determine priority and secondary measures for successful resolution of joint tasks. Requirements for candidates: Higher education with a qualification in social pedagogy. Practical work experience. State language proficiency at the highest level. Ability to plan, organize, and perform work with high quality. Ability to resolve non-standard situations. Argumentation and persuasion skills. Ability for self-education and use of modern information technology in process research and analysis, data compilation, and communication.
