Key Job Responsibilities:
• social work with families with children;
• identification and resolution of needs and social problems;
• case file creation and database management;
• risk assessment;
• mobilization of resources and services in the work process;
• development of inter-institutional cooperation.
Requirements for Candidates:
• second-cycle higher education in social work or charitable social work, or a student studying in the field of social work who has completed third-year studies and continues in the fourth year;
• ability to understand and apply regulatory acts governing the social field;
• ability to establish cooperation with specialists from state and municipal institutions, legal entities, and private individuals;
• ability to independently organize work and make decisions (including in non-standard situations);
• ability to work in a team, creative approach, high precision and correctness in interpersonal relations;
• good communication skills and attention to detail;
• good computer skills (MS Office standard programs and the municipal social benefits administration information system (SOPA));
• documents on training in risk assessment for families with children in unfavorable conditions and in Child Rights Protection will be considered;
• preferred experience working with families and children;
• Category B driving license.
