Requirements for applicants: first or second cycle higher education in social work or charitable social work; currently pursuing second cycle higher education in social work or charitable social work (social worker qualification); experience in social work (evaluated based on experience from the last three years); completion of additional training or courses relevant to the position duties (within the last three years). Key job responsibilities: conduct social work with youth, provide information about opportunities to improve a person's social situation; provide individual consultations to youth and their parents on social, pedagogical, legal and other matters within the competence of the position; facilitate youth integration into society by involving them in various social projects or programs; manage social cases by engaging necessary resources, document the course of the process; organize client access to social services at their place of residence, in social rehabilitation institutions; when necessary, establish and engage an inter-professional team in the social case management process; work with the municipal social assistance and social services administration application (SOPA); make decisions and be responsible for their legality. Documents to submit: curriculum vitae (CV); motivation letter (no more than one A4 page, typed); copy of second level higher education diploma meeting the requirements of the regulations; copy of category B vehicle driver's license.
