Social Worker for work with families and children
Main Responsibilities:
• conduct initial assessments of the social situation for clients referred to the Family Support Department;
• provide social work and organize social services for families with children;
• manage social cases, including conducting multi-level assessments for families with children;
• participate in inter-professional and inter-institutional meetings and working groups;
• conduct family circumstances assessments in the home environment;
• provide opinions and information regarding family cooperation upon request from institutions;
• conduct professional self-assessment, improve professional qualifications, and participate in social worker supervision sessions;
• undertake work trips for the fulfillment of job duties;
• case file management, database work, and provision of opinions upon request.
Requirements for Candidates:
• professional higher education in social work (second-level professional education), or a student with a planned professional bachelor's degree in social work and social worker qualification;
• understanding of regulatory framework in the social sector;
• strong communication and cooperation skills;
• sense of responsibility, accuracy, ability to work in stressful situations;
• state language proficiency (including compliance with spelling, punctuation, syntax, and morphological requirements) at an advanced level.
