RSAC "Stella maris" announces a competitive recruitment for the position of Social Worker (profession code: 2635 01) in the Social Care and Social Rehabilitation Department.
Job Duties:
1. Plan and organize your work to ensure quality provision of social work services at the Center.
2. Identify client social needs and identify social problems. Identify, mobilize, organize and engage resources.
3. Lead interdisciplinary team work, ensure its regular and long-term functioning based on professional collaboration in the client's interest.
4. Collect client documents, create client files, and in accordance with requirements, timely prepare, complete and regularly, no less than once every 12 months, update relevant client file document appendices, in cooperation with other Center specialists and employees.
5. Ensure regular accounting of Center client movement and workload in accordance with department manager, director and higher institution requirements and other duties.
Requirements:
1. Professional higher education in social or charitable social work (second level professional education).
2. Practical work experience in the field of social work of at least 3 years.
3. Skills to collaborate and work in a team with other specialists.
4. State language proficiency level C, degree 1.
5. Good computer skills (Software use: MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Internet Explorer) and office equipment.
6. Independence in task completion and ability to organize your work.
7. Ability to prepare reports, analyses and conduct their analysis.
