SENIOR SOCIAL WORKER
REQUIREMENTS:
- Second-level professional higher education in the social field.
- State language proficiency at the advanced level.
- Computer skills: text processing programs, Excel, email, internet browsers, and specialized information systems.
- Knowledge of legislation in the social field and ability to apply it.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills and ability to resolve conflict situations.
MAIN JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct social case management;
- In collaboration with the primary support person, develop, manage and ensure implementation of an individual development plan for each child and youth, and if necessary, according to the institution director's assessment – individual behavioral correction programs;
- Organize, maintain (supplement and improve) and manage children and youth personal files (original birth certificates; documents substantiating placement in the care center; documents confirming legal status; information about biological family; health information, etc.) and create children and youth social files (genograms; ecomaps; inspection reports; interview records; agreements, etc.);
- Ensure that according to electronic school management system records, the educational progress of school-age children and youth is monitored both in-person and remotely;
- Organize provision of social needs for children and youth;
- According to the institution director's instructions, collect data on work completed, prepare reports, compile statistical data, format them and prepare for submission to other organizations;
- In accordance with the institution's internal regulations, perform advance accounting person duties.
