Tukuma Municipality Self-Governance Institution "Tukuma Municipality Social Services" (reg. no. 40900035315) announces an open competition for a social care worker (permanent position) role at the Day Care Center "Saime", Dārzniecības iela 2A, Tukums, Tukuma Municipality (1 position): Requirements for Candidates: Short-cycle professional higher education (Level 1 higher education) with a qualification in social care work; Good computer skills, preferably with information systems and programs; and other office equipment (scanner, copier); Ability to plan, manage, and organize your work, communicate your views clearly and persuasively; High sense of responsibility, ability to make independent decisions; Excellent communication and cooperation skills; empathy in interactions; Work experience as a social care worker will be considered an advantage; Category B driver's license. Main Job Duties: Participate in the development of social care and social rehabilitation plans for center clients and assess the effectiveness of the implementation process; Promote the restoration and improvement of clients' social functioning abilities; Provide social skills training sessions for center clients; Implement client social activation and self-resource activation to improve quality of life; Plan and organize daily activities for clients; Organize group activities for clients. We Offer: Work in a dynamic organization; Salary from €970.00 to €1,089.00 per month (according to candidate's qualifications and professional experience), before tax payment, within normal working hours; Health insurance (with co-payment) after the trial period, employer-financed accident insurance from the first day of work; Social guarantees.
