Requirements: - First-level professional higher education in social care; - Practical work experience in social care; - Knowledge of the state language according to regulatory requirements; - Good computer skills (Software use: MS Office, ELISS) and office equipment operation; - Independence in task completion and ability to organize your own work and supervise others' work; - Good communication skills. Main Job Responsibilities: - Manage, organize, and monitor social care for Center clients, including development and monitoring of individual social care plans; - Monitor the client meal provision process; - Manage, organize, and control caregivers' work, including scheduling caregivers according to the schedule and proposing necessary schedule changes; - Participate in interdisciplinary team work, including involving Center specialists in ensuring client social care; - Document client care processes in client files; - Motivate clients to participate in leisure activities at the Center and beyond; - Maintain contact with client relatives in the clients' interest.
