Requirements for candidates:
- First-level higher education with a qualification as a social care worker;
- Previous experience as a social care worker is preferred;
- Good communication and cooperation skills;
- Independence in task completion, ability to organize own and other employees' work;
- Psychological resilience, ability to act adequately in unexpected situations.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assess clients' social needs;
- Identify clients' self-care abilities;
- Develop and implement individual social care plans for clients;
- Coordinate care workers' tasks;
- Promote clients' social activity, facilitate acquisition of social skills;
- Perform client companion and/or intermediary functions;
- Help clients improve existing and acquire new social care skills.
