announces an open competition for the position of SOCIAL CARE WORKER
Main Job Duties:
assess the client's social and functional abilities;
identify clients' self-care capabilities;
develop individual social care programs, social care plans, and activity schedules for clients;
promote clients' social activity and acquisition of new social skills;
foster and improve the client's quality of life;
document, coordinate, and make corrections in the client's social care process;
perform companion and/or intermediary functions for clients;
coordinate the work of care workers.
Requirements for Applicants:
social care worker qualification;
desirable previous experience in similar work;
language proficiency: Latvian - advanced level;
ability to work in a team;
good communication skills when interacting with clients and their relatives;
ability to consistently and rationally organize your work.
We Offer:
salary (gross) 1082.00 EUR per month;
full-time employment for an indefinite period;
summarized working time 40 hours per week;
social benefits;
health insurance (after completion of probation period).
