No. LV40003439279 INVITES APPLICATIONS FOR EMPLOYMENT SOCIAL CARE WORKERS (profession code 3412 01) AT THE SHORT-TERM SOCIAL CARE CENTER for an indefinite period (full-time) MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: assess client basic needs and functional capacity upon admission; select appropriate social care services for the client; recognize changes in client physical, emotional condition and behavior; determine social care goals, tasks, resources and completion deadlines; ensure development, updating and monitoring of client care plans in accordance with actual client circumstances; promote and improve client quality of life; document, coordinate and make corrections in client social care process; regularly participate in caregiver shift handovers – monitor records in shift handover logs, ensure consistency of records and actions; ensure satisfaction of client basic needs at individual level. REQUIREMENTS FOR CANDIDATES: Professional level 1 higher education (4th professional classification level) with qualification as social care worker; experience in provision of social care is desired; state language proficiency in accordance with applicable regulations of the Republic of Latvia; computer skills: text processing programs, email, internet browser usage, Windows environment, and specialized information systems; ability to continuously and rationally organize own work; ability to build and maintain effective communication with colleagues, engage in teamwork; psycho-emotional resilience; friendly and responsive attitude.
