Responsibilities
Are you driven by challenges, structure, and personal responsibility?
We are now seeking an administrative officer. You will be part of the city district of Hisingen. Our offices are located on Rimmaregatan near Selma Lagerlöfs Torg, with excellent transportation connections.
You will have varied responsibilities within your area of responsibility. You will work with placement agreements that you create, manage, and file. Additionally, you will have contact with suppliers, social workers, and your manager. You are responsible for updating follow-up files, producing statistics, reporting to IVO, keeping records, and handling orders. Other responsibilities may be more practical, such as matters related to our offices, for example contact with the facilities manager.
You will provide both managerial support and unit support. The assignment may in the future also include staffing the unit's reception and receiving visitors.
This is a broad and flexible role with many contact points. You will have contact with different units, social workers, suppliers, and LINK coordinators. You should also be prepared for new tasks that occasionally need to be solved on short notice.
We are looking for someone who wants to develop with us in a broad and exciting role!
