Social Trade (socialtrade.se) is seeking a relationship builder and sales professional who wants to be part of creating business deals with significant social impact. After several successful years, we're now looking for someone to drive this work forward. About Social Trade Social Trade is a sales and marketing cooperative owned by social enterprises in Västsverige. Since 2015, we have been selling and developing services including cleaning, moving, gardening, sewing, and catering to customers in the region. When customers shop through us, they contribute to giving more people the opportunity to work and support themselves. We call it Business for inclusion – business that benefits the customer, the employee, and society at the same time. About the Role This is a role for someone who wants to make a difference. In the social economy, success is measured as much in social value created as in financial returns. Your primary motivation is to help enterprises get more assignments so they can hire more people. The role includes: Seeking out new business opportunities and creating partnerships with the private sector and public sector Meeting with customers, understanding their needs, and matching them with the right social enterprise Building long-term and trusting relationships You will work closely with our member enterprises to understand their operations, highlight their offerings, and help them grow. We Are Looking for You If You Are curious about work-integrating social enterprises (ASF) and want to learn more about their operations Thrive on taking personal responsibility, planning your time, and making first contact with new people Have an easy way of communicating with different types of people, from municipal procurement officers to local work supervisors Are persistent and understand that building business relationships takes time Are motivated by seeing your deals create real job opportunities It is a plus if you have a network within the private or public sector in Västsverige, but it is not required.
