This is not a traditional marketing job. With us, you'll have the freedom to think differently, test ideas, and help shape how our brands grow. You'll work both strategically and operationally – from ideation and planning to photography, filming, content production, digital advertising, and analysis.
We're looking for someone who loves creating, dares to take initiative, and wants to make a real difference in a company where decision-making is fast and ideas quickly become reality.
Your responsibilities
You'll have a varied role where no two days are the same. Among other things, you will:
Photograph the business, products, projects, employees, and client work.
Film and produce inspiring and sales-driven content.
Create reels, stories, interviews, and other content for social media.
Edit photos and videos for web, social media, and digital advertising.
Plan and produce creative content for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other digital channels.
Create, manage, and optimize ads in Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
Plan, create, and optimize campaigns in Google Ads.
Work with SEO and content that strengthens the company's visibility on Google.
Write engaging copy for campaigns, websites, and social media.
Develop marketing strategies for the group's various companies.
Plan campaigns and launches together with the operations.
Monitor results, analyze statistics, and continuously improve marketing.
Stay updated on new trends and find creative ways to strengthen our brands.

You're the person who doesn't wait for the next task – you come with ideas, spot opportunities, and drive projects from initial concept to finished campaign.
