The role as a carpenter with us involves different types of work such as full apartment renovations, but you must also be open to other types of work tasks. The position involves some work at other locations, so you should not be opposed to working at other locations, fully or partially. Main Work Tasks: Apartment renovations Door and window replacement Painting Flooring installation Daily maintenance and upkeep of properties Property inspections Customer troubleshooting Repairs, interior and exterior maintenance Plan purchases for upcoming projects Meritorious: Electrical work Plumbing work A 6-month probationary period applies.
