About the Job We are a small construction company that is growing, both in the number of customers and projects. Quality, collaboration, and professional pride are at the core of what we do. We work with everything from renovations and extensions to new construction in the Stockholm area. We are now looking for a carpenter who wants to be part of our journey forward. Here you will have the opportunity to make an impact, develop professionally, and work closely with both colleagues and customers in an environment where decision-making is quick and straightforward. Responsibilities As a carpenter with us, you will perform construction, renovation, and assembly work in both new builds and renovations. You will sometimes work independently and sometimes with colleagues, depending on the scope of the project. You will be involved in planning and problem-solving on site, and ensure that the work maintains high quality and good customer service throughout the process. Qualifications We prefer that you have previous experience working as a carpenter or have experience in the construction industry. You are a thorough and responsible person who enjoys taking initiative. Experience leading smaller projects or familiarity with reading blueprints and working with building services is a plus, but what matters most is that you have the right attitude and a genuine interest in your craft.
