About the Position
Are you an experienced carpenter looking for something new? Do you want to work in a production environment where craftsmanship, collaboration, and development are valued? Then this might be the position for you.
Ikett Personalpartner is now seeking a form carpenter for an established prefab operation in Sollebrunn. You will be an important part of production and will work with the manufacturing and adaptation of forms for prefabricated concrete elements.
This is a consulting assignment where you will be employed by Ikett Personalpartner and work for one of our customers. For the right person, there are good opportunities for a long-term solution and future employment with the customer company.
About the Role
As a form carpenter, you will manufacture, assemble, and adapt forms for prefabricated concrete elements. The role is an important part of production and requires precision, blueprint reading, and a quality-conscious approach.
You will work with, among other things:
- Manufacturing and assembly of forms for concrete elements
- Blueprint reading and dimension verification
- Adaptation and adjustment of forms according to production needs
- Quality assurance of completed work
- Collaboration with colleagues in production to ensure efficient workflow
You will be part of an experienced team where collaboration, commitment, and high quality are central to daily work.
We are Looking for You if You:
- Have experience in carpentry, preferably as a form carpenter or in the construction industry
- Can read and understand blueprints
- Are thorough, responsible, and quality-conscious
- Enjoy working both independently and as part of a team
- Have good problem-solving skills and practical aptitude
Experience from prefab, concrete, or industrial production is a plus, but we place great emphasis on the right attitude and willingness to develop.
You will be part of an experienced and knowledgeable team where collaboration, professional pride, and quality are important parts of everyday work.
Start: By agreement
Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 06:00–15:00

Your Profile
We are looking for someone who enjoys practical work and has strong commitment to delivering good results. Experience with concrete work is a plus, but not a requirement.
Requirements:
- Experience with practical work
- Forklift certification
- Good physical condition
- Class B driver's license and access to a vehicle
- Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
Merits:
- Experience from prefab manufacturing
- Experience reading and understanding blueprints
