Your Role We are looking for a skilled, self-motivated carpenter who can work independently. You should be a pronounced problem-solver who enjoys variety and challenges. You will become a central part of the team and examples of work tasks include: Renovations and extensions in offices, premises, and warehouses in our properties Tenant customizations for new tenants Renovation of kitchens and bathrooms in our spaces Maintenance and daily care of properties Your Profile Formal education is not a requirement, but we see that you have good and extensive experience. In your professional role, you are driven by performing the work responsibly and with high quality. We also see that you have a good ability to plan and prioritize your work, both independently and as part of a team. Qualifications Experienced carpenter, 5 years of experience or more Good ability to plan and create structure Good communication skills Good machine skills Class B driver's license
