Carpenter/Woodworker for project in Örnsköldsvik ÅIM is seeking experienced and responsible carpenters/woodworkers for a construction project in Örnsköldsvik. The project is being carried out for a housing cooperative and includes, among other things, renovation and reinforcement of a roof structure as well as various construction and carpentry work. Work tasks may include: Renovation, reinforcement and completion of roof structure Demolition and preparatory work Wood and structural work Installation, adaptation and repair work Work according to drawings and work descriptions Maintaining order and cleanliness on the work site Following workplace safety and security procedures We are looking for someone with a few years of experience in carpentry or woodwork. You are thorough, punctual, solution-oriented and take responsibility for your work tasks. You should be able to work independently when needed, but above all function well in a team and contribute to good cooperation on the work site. The work may involve physical labor, outdoor work and work at heights. Therefore, it is important that you are practically minded, willing to work and careful with safety. You also need to be able to communicate in Swedish or English in order to understand instructions and safety information. Meritorious qualifications: Class B driver's license Vocational certificate as a woodworker or carpenter Experience with roof and structural work Experience with renovation or work in housing cooperatives Training in Hot Work, fall protection, scaffolding, lifts or safe lifting Other relevant certifications and training We offer a varied construction project together with a dedicated work team.
