The Role as a Carpenter with Us As a carpenter at Mp bygg & snickeri i Ale ab, you will have varied work since we handle everything from new construction and renovations to restoration on both small and large projects. Because the work involves customized solutions, we need you to be independent, responsible, and thorough. We value that you have organizational skills and place great importance on personal fit. What We're Looking for in Our Carpenters: * We're looking for someone with experience in construction who has previously worked as a carpenter. You are responsible, responsive, and quality-conscious while driving projects forward and have the ability to juggle multiple tasks. * You see yourself as a problem solver and enjoy taking your own initiative. * You enjoy working toward set goals and can handle working under time pressure. * You are thorough with both timelines and safety. * You are positive and contribute to good team spirit. * You are communicative and speak and write Swedish fluently. * A B-level driver's license is a requirement.
