ISS Facility Services is seeking an engaged and experienced Carpenter for an assignment with our customer in the automotive industry, which operates at multiple locations in Sweden. About the Role As a Carpenter, you and your colleagues are responsible for ensuring that our customer's properties and facilities convey an overall experience of a safe, attractive, modern, and sustainable workplace for employees and visitors. Examples of tasks include performing renovations and new construction, repairs, and maintenance work. You will also need to assist with quotes. We appreciate if you have a flexible and solution-oriented approach that makes you willing to help your colleagues in areas such as outdoor environments, facility management, property maintenance, operations technology, and more. We offer a permanent position with an initial 6-month probationary period. Who We're Looking For We're seeking someone with a professional certification who feels confident in the role of Carpenter, having worked in the trade for several years. If you have experience with tiling, concrete, and hold a wet room certificate, that's a merit. You have good social skills and a strong ability to independently identify what needs to be done to drive work forward. You also need the ability to collaborate, as work sometimes takes place in teams. You thrive in the role of company representative and share ISS's commitment to delivering world-class service. We believe you are accommodating and positive, and that you easily create and maintain good relationships with both customers and colleagues. We highly value your personal and unpretentious dedication, as well as your ability to resolve unexpected situations. A B driver's license is required, and forklift and reach truck certifications are merits. Since the job can sometimes be physically demanding, it helps if you're in good physical condition. You need to speak and write good Swedish. You have customer focus – To thrive in this role, you need to genuinely be passionate about service and love the daily challenges that arise.
