About the role As a carpenter, you work with construction and carpentry in homes and on building sites — from assembling frames, windows and doors to flooring and interior finishing. You work with drawings, select materials and use hand and power tools to deliver precise and sustainable work. SuperRen matches you with workplaces that truly fit who you are. What you will do Assemble frames, windows, doors, flooring and interior finishing according to drawings Read and interpret drawings and plan material selection Measure, cut and join with high precision Use and maintain hand and power tools safely Ensure a safe work environment and follow building site safety procedures Collaborate with colleagues, contractors and clients to solve practical challenges Participate in new construction, renovation and service assignments Document completed work and report any deviations What you bring Relevant trade education or documented experience as a carpenter Good understanding of drawings, measurement and material knowledge; certifications such as construction card or equivalent are welcome You are driven and take ownership of your work You deliver top quality every time You collaborate and lift the people around you You always want to learn and help others learn on every job site Physical endurance and attention to detail in your work Salary and employment terms There are opportunities for full-time, part-time or work as needed — salary and employment terms are shaped in conversation with SuperRen based on your experience, your goals and the best match for both you and the workplace.
