We are currently looking for assistants for an 18-year-old young man. Working hours are during the day and partly in the afternoons and weekends. We are seeking part-time assistants. You will be working with a kind and social young man who lives with his family in Sollentuna and attends gymnasium in Häggvik. He uses a wheelchair and needs help with all daily activities. This includes hygiene, tube feeding, mobility assistance, exercise, and communication with others. You will primarily be with him at home, but also partially at school and on outings. We are looking for someone who is committed, calm, attentive, thorough, and responsible. You should have a genuine interest in working with people and a strong work ethic. It is important that you speak fluent Swedish. You also need to be smoke and snus-free. You do not need a driver's license. To succeed in this role, you need to have experience working in personal assistance or in care and health services. We place great emphasis on personal suitability, and we would like assistants to stay for an extended period. As a personal assistant, you will be employed by an assistance company.
