About the job
As a blacksmith/metal fabricator, you work with manufacturing, repair, and rebuilding of equipment and components in our production facility. You are an important part of the maintenance team and contribute to maintaining safe, efficient, and reliable operations. The placement location is Svedala.
Your tasks
Welding, repair, and manufacturing of steel structures and machine parts
Cutting, forming, and processing of sheet metal and metal
Preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment
Assembly and disassembly of machines and equipment components
Troubleshooting and problem-solving during operational disruptions
Participation in improvement and investment projects

Your profile
You have experience in the field and thrive in a role where both practical work and problem-solving are a natural part of your daily routine. You work in a structured manner and have a strong focus on safety and quality.
We also see that you have:
Experience in blacksmithing, welding, and metal fabrication work
Ability to read and understand technical drawings
Practically minded and solution-oriented
Good collaboration skills and independence
Strong safety and quality awareness
Meritorious is experience from industrial maintenance, work in foundry or heavy industry, as well as certificates in welding and Hot Work.
A responsible and flexible approach combined with the ability to find practical solutions even under time pressure. Contributing to a positive work environment is important, as is a consistent focus on safety in daily operations.
The team
You become part of the maintenance department where you together are responsible for ensuring that production runs optimally. The team works closely with operations and has a central role in creating stable operations and continuous improvements.
