Duved School, inaugurated in 2022, is a modern wooden building with proximity to forest, mountains and water. About 570 students in grades F–9 attend here and the school has around 80 employees. Teacher qualification levels are high and students achieve good academic results. Our vision is to create a school environment where good relationships are at the center. Through security and working peace, students get the best possible conditions to develop – both academically and socially. WORK TASKS Do you want to inspire young people to creativity and creative joy in a unique mountain environment? With us you get to work in well-equipped craft rooms together with committed colleagues. As a craft teacher at Duved School, you become an important part of a work team where you together drive teaching forward and develop the operation. You plan and conduct craft instruction for grades 3–9 and have the opportunity to work varied with both different age groups and in textile or wood and metal crafts. You follow students' development, awaken their curiosity and strengthen their confidence in their own abilities. Through your work, you contribute to creating a safe, creative and developing learning environment where every student gets the opportunity to succeed. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you who are passionate about crafts, learning and making a difference in students' everyday lives. You are preferably a qualified teacher with craft certification, but it is not a requirement. If instead you have a strong craftsmanship background, a genuine interest in teaching and the ability to understand the school's mission and governing documents, we see that as equally valuable. You are confident in your craft and have the ability to inspire students to creativity and creation. As a person, you are structured, responsible and solution-oriented. You enjoy collaboration with others and contribute to a positive work environment. We are looking for you who see possibilities, build relationships with both students and colleagues and want to be part of developing the school of the future together with us. Type of employment: Permanent employment. Duration: Permanent, start date: August 10, 2026. Or by agreement.
