Berga School is a school with approximately 330 students from preschool class (F-class) up to year 6 with a central location in Kungsängen. Job Description
We are now looking for a qualified crafts teacher who wants to make a difference and work to help our students reach their full potential. The position includes teaching crafts with focus on wood and metal for grades 3-6 as well as nature school for grades 1 and 2. We work with shared approaches and cooperate with each other to create a safe environment for all our students.
The position is 75% but there is also an opportunity to teach other subjects such as art to increase the job share.
We are looking for you who have:
Teacher certification with qualifications in crafts.
Documented experience of work as a teacher.
Find it easy to create good relationships with both students, guardians and colleagues.
Are a confident leader who adapts the learning environment based on students' needs.
We place great emphasis on personal suitability and would like to see that you are flexible, clear, relationship-building and structured.
It is meriting if you have experience of working in a multicultural school environment.
