Our organization in Nyköping Municipality
Our F-9 organization consists of 17 primary schools and 3 adapted primary schools. Each principal area has a principal, several assistant principals, and a student welfare team with various professionals. With schools in rural and urban areas, we work to increase equity and integration within and between schools and strengthen the quality of municipal primary education. It's about giving all students—regardless of school—equal opportunities for education and development.
Our focus in recent years has been to develop a plan for systematic quality work and a common language development approach for the entire organization. It's important to us that time is allocated at both leadership and operational levels to work on our shared priorities. Therefore, each school has scheduled time every week for conferences, development work, collaboration projects, and more.
About the Adapted Primary School Principal Area
Nyköping Municipality has three adapted primary schools that together form a shared principal area:

• One upper level school
Together we create a unified whole where each student is given the opportunity to develop based on their individual circumstances. Our activities are characterized by safety, structure, clarity, and a strong focus on students. Here, dedicated staff work closely with student welfare, guardians, and external partners.
