Grinder wanted for Samsons Nybro (formerly RM Kedjeservice). Due to strong expansion, we are seeking a grinder for our grinding department in Nybro. Who are we? Our operations in Nybro include refurbishment of bars for forest machinery harvesters as well as grinding of machine, sprocket, and chainsaw chains, and chopping, ice, and veneer knives. Our team in Nybro currently consists of 11 people and the company (formerly RM Kedjeservice AB) has been active at this location since 2014 and is today Sweden's leading company in chain grinding. In March 2024, we became part of Samsons. Samsons' vision is to be the complete supplier of consumables to forest machinery contractors in Sweden. In the market segment for aftertreatment of sprocket chains and bars for logging contractors, Samsons already holds a strong position today, but we want to continue developing together with our employees. Samsons Nybro is one of four geographically dispersed units that together within the Samsons group collect and deliver ground chains to forest Sweden all the way from southern Norrland in Sundsvall/Östersund down to northeastern Scania. In pursuit of this vision, Nybro has been given a central role where the majority of Samsons' chain grinding for Sweden is carried out. As part of this, we have once again increased our grinding capacity and need for personnel in Nybro. By September, we will also be finished with our new staff facilities for our increased workforce on site. About the Position You will have a central role in our area of operations grinding sprocket chains for the company's forest machinery customers and be part of our great team of sharp professionals. Your main responsibilities will be: • Operating multiple separate grinding machines that process sprocket chains. • Taking responsibility for maintaining machinery and other equipment at the workstation to ensure optimal function. • Monitoring that grinding performed meets our high quality standards and customer satisfaction. • Working together with colleagues to continuously improve production flows. Required Competencies You have an industrial technical background and experience with material processing. Previous direct experience with chain grinding is a plus. You have basic knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written. Personal Qualities We place great importance on your personality and attitude.
