About the role As a butcher in Stockholm, you will work with receiving, cutting, and preparing meat to high quality standards, with a focus on hygiene and animal welfare. What you will do Receive and inspect carcasses and raw materials upon arrival Cut and prepare meat according to product requirements and customer specifications Perform quality and hygiene checks on an ongoing basis Operate and maintain butchering machinery and hand tools safely Pack, weigh, and label products for storage and delivery Follow safety procedures and workplace regulations Collaborate with colleagues for efficient production and problem-solving What you bring Vocational training as a butcher or equivalent practical experience in cutting and meat preparation Knowledge of food hygiene and HACCP, or willingness to obtain necessary certifications Good physical fitness and ability to work at a pace requiring endurance You are driven and take responsibility for your work You deliver high quality every time You collaborate and lift up the people around you You always want to learn and help others learn in the workplace Salary and employment terms Positions are available as full-time, part-time, or as needed, with salary and employment terms determined through dialogue between you and SuperRen based on your experience, your goals, and the fit with the workplace.
