What You Will Do
Receive and assess animals upon arrival according to applicable procedures and hygiene requirements.
Perform slaughter and butchering in compliance with laws, animal protection, and safety regulations.
Butcher and prepare meat products with precision and efficiency.
Conduct quality checks and document slaughter data carefully.
Handle and maintain machines and tools safely.
Follow and maintain hygiene and food safety procedures.
Collaborate on the production line and report any deviations to management.
What You Bring
Vocational training in butchery or apprenticeship training, or equivalent experience.
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene procedures; preferably hygiene training/HACCP certification.
Experience with machine and tool operation in a production environment and good physical fitness.
Attention to detail, stress resilience, and ability to follow procedures and regulations.
