Amplius Omsorg is a care chain that primarily focuses on qualified assessments and treatment for children with or without parents. We also work with sheltered housing, open care, and foster family care. We are now seeking temporary staff for our team. You will be part of an exciting journey and help shape our operations together with us. About Amplius Sheltered Housing Amplius sheltered housing is aimed at women and families with children aged 0-17 who have experienced violence in close relationships or honor-related violence and oppression. Everyone living with us receives support in the form of protection, practical help with government agency contacts, support conversations/child conversations, and other practical everyday support. The goal is to offer as normal and functional a daily life as possible in a vulnerable situation. Our housing options are located in southern Sweden and we offer accommodation in individual apartments or in shared housing. The operation is conducted under a license from IVO. About the Role As a temporary staff member, you will meet children and adults based on their specific situation with a focus on protection. The work requires you to be a trustworthy person who, with great empathy and dedication, contributes to creating calm and security both practically and emotionally. You need to have the ability to build close and good relationships and be attentive to our residents' needs and have an understanding of their vulnerable situation. We work on assignment from social services, which includes conducting continuous risk and safety assessments and security planning. We work according to a quality management system with associated routines and policies where we systematically work to evaluate and improve our work. Cooperation with social services, other authorities, and activities is central to us. The work is varied and no two days are alike. You help out in the operations where needed and support our safety consultants. Your work will primarily be practically oriented, such as accompanying a resident to the bank, helping to solve everyday problems that may arise, or preparing a housing unit before move-in. Some social documentation occurs in the position. Work tasks are carried out mainly in the home/residence of our residents, but can also be carried out at the Amplius office. The work also includes picking up and dropping off people who are moving in or out with us. Work hours are weekday daytime, but evening work can occasionally occur based on operational needs, such as pick-up/drop-off. You need to be available for work at least 5 hours/week on average or based on operational needs. About You We are primarily seeking someone who is studying to become a treatment pedagogue, social pedagogue, or who has completed at least 4 terms in a social work program. It is advantageous if you have worked with violence in close relationships and/or honor-related violence and oppression, preferably in direct client contact. As temporary staff in sheltered housing, you need to be trustworthy, stable, and unpretentious. You have the ability to create good working relationships and find it easy to build relationships with those who live with us. You are solution-focused, flexible, and find it easy to adapt to the changing conditions we have in our work. We place great emphasis on personal suitability. Your knowledge of Swedish and English is good. Additional language skills are advantageous, as are skills in social documentation. We expect that you have good computer skills. A driver's license for a car (Category B) is a requirement.
