Writer & Photographer for a new digital business publication – flexible work alongside studies or other employment
We are building a new digital business publication focused on entrepreneurship, business leadership, AI, skills development, and the future of work.
We are now seeking someone who wants to combine journalistic writing, interviews, and photography in a flexible role that fits well alongside studies or other work.
The role involves:
- Researching interesting people, companies, and topics
- Conducting interviews with entrepreneurs, CEOs, managers, and experts
- Writing well-crafted and engaging articles
- Photographing interview subjects, portraits, work environments, and operations
- Selecting and editing images for publication
- Contributing ideas, angles, and content to the publication
We are looking for someone who writes excellent English, is curious and comfortable meeting people, and has a clear interest in photography and a strong visual eye. You need to be able to capture both the person and the environment in images while also asking good follow-up questions and getting more than standard answers.
Background in journalism, media, communications, or photography is a plus. If you have studied business, entrepreneurship, or similar fields, or have experience from the business world, that is also a plus.
We would like to see that you have a genuine interest in entrepreneurship, business, and commerce and enjoy meeting people who build companies, lead organizations, and develop operations. You need to be curious about how businesses work, how decisions are made, and what drives growth, change, and results.
We place great emphasis on language skills, visual sense, curiosity, judgment, and potential.
The work is based in Malmö and involves traveling to interviews and photo shoots in and around Malmö. Other work can largely be done flexibly.
