At the psychiatric outpatient clinic in Sandviken, psychologists, nurses, caregivers, occupational therapists, rehabilitation coordinators, social workers, physicians, and medical secretaries work together. We are approximately 40 employees in total. The clinic provides specialized psychiatric care for all psychiatric conditions including mood disorders, personality disorders, anxiety disorders, and ADHD. The psychiatric outpatient clinic in Sandviken serves three municipalities: Sandviken, Hofors, and Ockelbo, covering approximately 55,000 residents. We are now looking for a caregiver/nursing assistant to join our team! 1 position(s). RESPONSIBILITIES The work involves extensive collaboration with other actors such as inpatient care, the Social Insurance Agency, municipalities, and primary care to create the best conditions for quality patient care. Collaboration with family members and relatives is also a central part of the role. Work takes place at the clinic and through home visits when needed. As part of your duties, you may work with colleagues to lead valued information meetings for groups of patients and relatives, known as psychoeducational intervention (PPI), which the clinic offers to several psychiatric target groups. The clinic is relatively large, which offers opportunities to tailor work tasks based on special skills and experience. You plan, organize, and prioritize your work in a structured manner. As a caregiver/nursing assistant you should: • be a trained nursing assistant For this position, it is meritious if you have experience working in psychiatric or addiction care.
