Description Would you like a central and coordinating role where you make a real difference for patients and colleagues? We are now seeking a structured and confident coordinator with a background as a nurse/nursing assistant who wants to be the hub of our operations. The Neuropsychiatry Clinic East is one of Sweden's largest psychiatric outpatient clinics, which evaluates and treats ADHD and Tourette syndrome, as well as evaluates autism. For neuropsychiatric functional impairments, the clinic is also responsible for treating other psychiatric comorbidities that the patient may suffer from. The clinic has grown and continues to grow at a rapid pace in terms of the number of ongoing patients receiving care. Over the past year, we tested a working method where a coordinator supports clinical staff with patient work, which has worked very well. Therefore, we are now looking for an additional employee to be able to implement this approach more broadly! Duties • Coordinate and process incoming cases via 1177 and SÄLMA • Contact patients, relatives, or external actors (e.g., social services, the Swedish Social Insurance Agency, and others) by phone and 1177 • Gather relevant information when needed • Assess the nature of the case and appropriate measures • Forward the case to the appropriate profession or raise cases in relevant forums for further handling • Serve as a coordinating link between patient and healthcare staff when needed • Other work tasks may occur, which can vary from day to day Qualifications • Nurse/nursing assistant with experience in psychiatry • Ability to make structured assessments • Confident in conversations with patients in crisis • Very good Swedish language skills, both spoken and written • Good administrative skills • Good IT skills. Experience with Melior, ELVIS, and 1177 is a merit. • Experience with overall coordination is a merit in recruitment Terms Full-time employment at 100%. Permanent employment.
