WORK DUTIES
We are looking for a custodian with great commitment to the role!
The work tasks are varied and diverse, for example:
• service to students and staff
• property maintenance, upkeep and repairs
• troubleshooting and maintenance reporting
• systematic workplace safety work
• systematic fire safety work
• various procurement
• lock and alarm systems and other current systems
• receiving deliveries
QUALIFICATIONS
To thrive with us, you need to be engaged, outgoing, and have a strong sense of service. You are flexible and a problem-solver. You need to be able to work independently and have the ability to take your own initiative as well as plan and prioritize your work.
It is important that you can collaborate and build good relationships with students, staff, facility managers, contractors, and other external partners.
We are primarily looking for someone with experience in custodian roles and who is familiar with procedures and digital systems such as PreVision, Dedu, Teams, etc.
You need to have:
• good knowledge of Swedish, spoken and written
• good IT skills
• basic practical knowledge within property maintenance and carpentry
• Class B driver's license
• experience in fire safety work
